Cerberus Troopers are independent contractors through Cerberus Sport Group. Tissues and genetic material of subcontracted troops is property of Cerberus, and is non transferable or replicable. Trooper remains contracted until released by either Cerberus Sport Group or contractee or until injury, dismemberment or death prevent subcontracted trooper from functioning adequately in tournament play as determined by Cerberus staff physician. Cerberus is not responsible for abborative, violent, or otherwise destructive trooper behaivior outside of tournament play, contractee is liable for any damage to property or person while subcontracting from Cerberus Sport Group. In the event of trooper auto-retirement prior to contract termination, Cerberus Sport Group will replace expired trooper with one of equal or greater value. at no additional cost to contractee. Any contractee that orders Cerberus Troopers to intervene politically or militarily in any political matter of a sovereign nation is in immediate breach of contract and will be levied a fine relative to the damage of the offense as determined by Cerberus arbiters. All sales final.
